Check the mega fuses, which are mounted in front of the battery's box. Check for cracks on the fuse, loose connections, ect...

Check the brake light switch and the connector to it.

Does this 2009 model have a, (EGR), Valve? If yes, check that it is working. Clean where it where it attaches to the intake manifold.
