Check your ATF fluid level or get the right specified ATF. Check the color of the fluid when draining and check for iron filings. If there is any filings and the color is grey or other than the color of a normal ATF color red, then your ATF is bad. If their and signs of iron filings in the fluid that you drained then most probably your clutch discs in the auto trans are worn.
