mars almiyor, araba calismiyor, yakit pompası çalışmıyor

I have a 2001 ford ranger 3.0. It won't start and there is no check engine light coming on. I thought it was the pcm but I purchased a refurbished one and the problem still persisted. All the fuses are working as far as i can tell. The whole problem started when it started cutting off while driving. With a lot of persistence i was able to get it started a few times but very briefly. Unfortunately the reader won't read the pcm with no check enginge light coming on. I need help, please.
