Not starting it pushing smoke through inlet manifold, to the turbo pipe

I'm having the same issue,starts with quick start but doesn't without,I have changed injectors and coded them replaced the seal on the high pressure pump and still not starting just cranks and stops seems like a fuel or fuel pressure issue please assist
